Pimples, wrinkles, redness, blemishes, dark spots, etc lowers your confidence and quality of life. While getting the desired flawless skin is a time taking process, but there are some remedies you can do to quickly get your skin on the right track.
WANT LOW COST SPOTLESS SKIN ? - SIMPLE HOME REMEDIES are provided below...
1) Hot steam + face wash
: Get hot steam on your face for 10 minutes atleast so that skin pores open up and than wash the face thoroughly with any available face wash. Hot steam can be done either by placing hot towel on face or facing above boiling water, it improves blood circulation and minimizes a majority skin problems. Face wash needs to be bought with high research. If a person has dry skin than mostly available face wash products may not suite him as they tend to dehydrate the skin further. For oily skin people too, choosing a correct face wash is herculean task. Thus I may blog on specific face wash in future.
2) Massage your face
: Massaging your face is a great remedy due its vast benefits. Any OIL available at your home can be used to massage but I would recommend coconut or almond oils. Oil may sound weird but it is ancient ayurvedic practice used in India for several ages and now prevalent in South Asia widely. How to massage right ?
Rub your hands in circular motion all over the face for 3-4 minutes, so simple it is.
Now what for those having oily skin - simply massage with aloe vera gel in same manner.
3) Cotton cleansing with rose water
: After oil massage, take a cotton ball or cotton pad, whatever available, pour some natural rose water on it and rub on your face to get all the oil out. As it is oil, this exercise may be difficult but keep on doing and yes don't use face wash here, simple wipe your face as many times as needed to make it dry (free from oil). Rose water if unavailable, you can simply do it with only cotton ball but rose water is recommended due to its soothing benefits to your skin.
4) Natural scrub
: The exercise didn't end yet, a few steps more...
Now lets make a Natural Scrub for which you will need some Milk & some Oats, don't worry about quantity just assure that it should be a thick paste. Now rub it on your face in a circular motion so that all dirt and impurities gets out plus skin gets softened too. In early ancient times, people used to bath with milk as it's considered to be a boon for our skin. Many a soap companies claims milk as their chief ingredient, thus milk is a best remedy for our skin.
5) Natural Facemask
: After scrubbing our skin pores gets exfoliated and dirt gets oil thus now its time to enrich the skin using a natural face mask. Ingredients needed are 4 spoon gram flour (besan) + 1 spoon honey + milk + glycerin or malai (milk fat) make a thick paste and apply all over face, don't forget under eyes which tends to be most effected part. Let it dry and Now the important point is NOT TO WASH IT but clean it with the COTTON soaked in HOT WATER. Gently rub the cotton and remove whole facemask.
6) Moisturise
:Finally you will feel huge change in your skin but wait, if you leave it as it is, it'll become dry so the last step is to moisturize your face. Again a good moisturizer needs to be researched upon thoroughly well I'm looking forward to post a blog on the top moisturizers but for the time being Aloe Vera gel is the best option available. If you have doubt related to any other moisturizer, feel free to comment below.
So the immediate differences felt will be such a skin which is more lightened, soft, tight, fading of spots (complete fading will occur on regular usage).
